Cotton - Textured

This luxurious paper offers a unique natural texture and provides a tactile printing surface perfectly suited for letterpress and foil stamping.


27pt thick : Thicker than a standard business card. Because it is a soft paper, foil and letterpress may slightly show through the opposite side of the card. One-side only is recommended for letterpress or foil jobs.


36pt thick : Thicker than a credit card. Suitable for letterpress, foil or debossing.


NO FULL COLOR PRINTING on this product. Foil or letterpress printing only.

Thickness: 27pt and 36pt (approx. 0.027 in / 0.7 mm  and 0.036 in / 0.9 mm)
Weight: 111lb / 300gsm and 166lb / 450gsm




IMPORTANT - Letterpress printing considerations


  • Depth of impression will vary depending on selected paper and artwork. Text and fine lines may be pressed deeper while reversed type and large areas may not.

  • Letterpress is meant to be used for minimal ink coverage. No large areas of ink!

  • Colors are printed one at a time. Letterpress is great for 1 or 2 color jobs. Pantones only, no CMYK!

  • No halftones, no gradients, no photos. Solid colors only.

  • Vector or high quality tiff files only. No JPEG!

  • Paper, color and imprint has variations from piece to piece because of the manual nature of letterpress printing.

  • Width of lines must be a minimum of 0.25pt.

  • 6pt sans serif minimum font size. Reverse type minimum font size is 12pt or it can clog up.
